This is one of the worst airline apps I used so far. The engineer doesnt even know to detect whether the cellular data is turned on or not. Product wise,many user needed functions are not built in and one would have to go back to their website to do it.

Feel great about Chinese airline up steps offering online check-in and seat selection. It is really continent. Hope they will join STA precheck soon.

Every time I tried to enter my UA frequent flyer number it kept telling me it was incorrect but it was not.

Ive used a bunch of airline apps since I travel a lot. This is by far the worst ever.
