This app needs a lot of work. Not ready yet

Its getting better to use now. Still need some improvement.

This app is useless if you do not live in China or have a Chinese phone number.

All the price on app is fake. They show you low price but it does not exist at all. You can never book ticket from app. When you call customer service center and they just told you the price on app is out of date. The final price should be acquired from sale center via call. If so, why launch this app and waste our time and storage of phone. By the way, the official web is much better.

Can not finish downloading at all after latest update. Suspending for 3 days now...

The APP cannot take any foreign credit card, however, its online web version does accept it. It makes the app useless for booking.

This is a piece of crap. Cant even download. Airchina should fire the team immediately.

The app is really simple and clean in Mandarin. Easy to use. Finally an English version but UI could be better like Mandarin version

Finally and English Version. Now that I can use the app Ill report back after using for awhile. Adding a few stars.

Please add support to Apple Watch.

App requires a code that I cant get. Ive installed and uninstalled put in my information and cant get the code to register. Therefore no reservations can be made...useless app and if the airline is also that bad maybe I saved myself a headache.

Glad that all the bugs has been fixed. Amazing app. Makes things easier. I love the incorporation of the phenix miles and more into the app. Amazing job.

Not user friendly at all, some features do not work, design is horrible...they should take it down from App Store, this app is a real joke.

This app can do much better by adding more intuitive function and integrate more.

The worst user interface design Ive ever seen before. Connection time and system responds were pretty slow. Spend some money to improve your app function!!

Significant improvement after recent update. Please consider to add a destination weather report.

This app is shamefully unstable and crashes constantly. Would give it negative stars if I could.
