Does Air China believe their airline is for Chinese people only ? It seems so ! No English options !! What ignorance !

New version 3.0.1 are not stable. After automatic update it immediately shut down. I cannot use the app. any more. App should be carefully tested before showing online store. Request to be available past version on App Store!

After new version 3.03 released, I expect App will work, but New version also does not work. Fomer resitered information are not recognized, image can be seen but sentence not seen, and I could not enter any character. My Phone is iPhone 5S with iOS8.4. Lungage of English and simple Chinaese also same phenomina.

Using this app today, for the first time ever in 7 years since I moved to China, I was able to check in for my Air China flight! This service was much needed - and will make my and other foreigners lives much easier. Thank you for this Air China app and keep up the good work! :-)

Air China is a member of international alliance: Star Alliance. Please, add English as Hainan Airlines and China Southern have already done. 中國國航是國際聯盟：星空聯盟的成員。請英語作為海南航空及中國南方已經做了。

Its all Chinese, it should at least have the English language, absolutely impossible to use for a non-asian! I think a company like AC should have a bit of care also for the foreign travelers

I use air china a lot for my job but I cant use this app because its only in chinese! Please make a English version where we can press a botton and swap from chinese to english language. Its not difficult! You should be a international company. Or instead you are only a Chinese company???

This app wont start, it crashes after the welcome screen. Awful job. 这个app是开不了的。太坏了。 iPhone 5 - OS 8.4

It could be a little faster but overall is not bad at all.

The app is not well developed, I booked a round trip using it and due to a bug my name was registered wrong. Even worse, after that I showed to air China customers service the existence of bug they still refused to change the ticket or refund it. Avoid the app and airchina in general.
